Chou Shi Ya Shi Xiang is an autumn harvested oolong tea with characteristics reminiscent of a green tea or jade oolong. This wonderful tea was dried using dehydration instead of baking, giving this Dang Cong tea a refreshing sweetness, and beautiful aromatics. This is a rare Dan Cong that is sure to delight you.

Gong Fu Brewing:

Tea: 5 grams per 4 ounces of water
Water temperature: 195°F - 90°C
Infusion length: 25 Seconds. May be infused 4-6 additional times.

Western Brewing:

Tea: 2 grams per 4 ounces of water
Water temperature: 195°F - 90°C
Infusion length: 2 minutes. May be infused 4-6 additional times.
