Shipping

We only ship orders throughout the United States at this time. Orders are shipped through USPS, and UPS. Each order will include a tracking code with the carrier that will include the shipping progress details. if there is a concern with the delivery of your order please contact us with your order information so we may alert the carrier orders@adharatea.com.

Returns

If we unfortunately made made an error processing your order, we will gladly correct the problem right away at our own expense. Please contact us immediately to resolve any mistakes that were made orders@adharatea.com. 

Orders that were filled correctly cannot be returned. We unfortunately cannot accept returns on perishable items such as tea, or used teaware. Tea or used teaware cannot be repacked or re-sold to future customers. We appreciate your understanding.

If you are unsure about a tea, a botanical or teaware, please contact us prior to purchasing for more information. We’ll gladly help you find tea, botanicals or teaware that suits your needs and personal taste.
